Come and See God at Work in
San Francisco!
During Joy Weekend you will get to experience and see everything that God has done during the Woodfin’s ministry over the last few years, and you will hear of future opportunities for more church plants in and around the city. For our supporters we want you to come and see the fruits of your kingdom investment.
Joy Weekend is also for those that are interested in exploring church planting and have a heart for the city of San Francisco. This job is too big for us to do alone. We need more labors to move to the city and take part in planting more churches for the glory of God.
Friday Worship Night
The weekend kicks off with a time of prayer, worship, and testimonies. You will join us and our church family as we gather together. You will hear our church members as they give testimonies of all God has done in their lives through this church that you helped to plant. Afterward, stick around for a time of fellowship and refreshments.
Vision Saturday
Saturday morning we will gather for breakfast at our newest church plant location. You will hear from Jake as he gives updates on the current church plant, gives the vision of the new church plant, and talk about the future of the ministry in San Francisco.
The rest of the day Saturday you will get a chance to explore the city of San Francisco on your own and feel the need for more gospel preaching churches.
JOY SUNDAY
Sunday morning we will celebrate a BIG Day at church as we praise God for His faithfulness and present the gospel to many first time guests that will join us on that day. We know that through Jesus there can be great joy in the city (Acts 8:8).
